At Raya’s Collection™, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 24 hours (1 day) of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Raya’s Collection™ is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method minus:
- Applicable shipping costs
- 25% restocking fee
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Items show signs of wear or damage after delivery
- Items are returned outside the approved return window
- Items are returned without prior authorization
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
